okay, I've seen the video and will try it out with an empty cache and 'fresh' data.

I am having trouble syncing either one of my Sony Alphas to the Play Memories app. Many people seem to have the same problem.

Did you update the camera firmware?

Good idea. I have not thought about that, as my a7rIII is quite new. I will try that.
