Hi.
LRT adds 32 bits to height and 64 bits to width of image size, compared to the size in LR and W10.

There are different sizes in Exif-Data. LRT just gets the data from Exif. Some cameras apply additional crops, and some programs read that data. This has no influence at all on the results, it's for informational purposes only.
