I have tried and failed to up load a file to the showroom. When I try to upload the file It appears to load it as the % goes up to 100. Then I get this error message:

Please correct the following errors before continuing:
The type of file that you attached is not allowed. Please remove the attachment or choose a different type.

Details
The type of File is an MP4. It's size is 17.3 MB (18,227,952 bytes). It has a s0und track as well

What am I doing wrong?

You need to upload to a video platform, like youtube or vimeo. Then you can post a link there. The forum does not accept the direct upload of video files.
