In the buying page, you have the statement:

Please make sure to have tested the free trial version before buying.
(Once you’ve bought a license key, I cannot deactivate it and refund!)

I was wondering, if I need to rebuild my computer, or get a new one, is it possible to move the licence to a new machine, as the previous one won't be working anymore?

Yes of course, you can always deactivate your license on one computer and activate it on another one via the licensing dialog in the info menu.
