I thought it would be great to have the option of processing the same folder (same set of images) into more than one time-lapse. I want to make different color grading outputs from the same images . . . like applying different filters, settings. Would it be possible to save different "projects" or "outputs" for the same folder of images ??? (Instead of copying all images to another folder . . .)

Yes, check out the "Snapshots" feature in LRTimelapse (use the search freature here) - it's in the menu and the buttons on the top right of the table.
