Is there is a fix to put the Save button next to Auto Transition in LRT Time Lapse please.

That's not necessary and has been removed intentionally. Because after you do the auto transition, you will normally activate the visual previews and that will save automatically. Apart from that, if you want to save, you can anytime hit the save button above, in the first workflow row.
