Sorry, I have no idea what you mean. Check out the images that you exported via LRTExport in the intermediary folder.
Compare with the video. The only thing that will be added to that photos are the effects in the right part of the render dialog.
In your case you added a bit of motion blur, maybe that's what you are seeing.
Here's an enlarged view of the video (screenshot 2) and a zoomed in view of the first raw file (screenshot 3) so you can see what I mean. I tried it with and without motion blur and got the same thing.
Anyone here have an idea on what caused this?
Looks like motion blur to me. Please rerender with motion blur deactivated.
