So that's the problem. Then the sequence is still on a removable drive like a memory card. You need to bring it to your hard drive first, before loading it onto LRTimelapse. You can use the LRTimelapse importer for this (file/import).
LRTimelapse/Ligjtroom cannot work directly on the SD card.
