Just an idea and I don't really need it since I use a sophisticated noise reduction filter in After Effects, but I can imagine it would come in handy for users that solely use LR:
LRTimelapse could automatically adjust the NR settings (and the sharpening too to counter detail loss) according to the ISO value to improve the final video quality when exported from LR.
Of course this has to be done with a hard cut for every ISO step and not by ramping the values.
