Ive got a YouTube channel I hope will one day make a couple dollars. I don't make money now but hope to one day. Will Private work or will I have to buy the Pro version? I don't want copyright strikes.

You can start with the private until your eranings with Timelapse accumulate to over 500 EUR / US$. Then you need to crossgrade to pro. It's explained in the license terms: https://lrtimelapse.com/eula/
