Hello,

I got a long term time-lapse with over 2000 images. Is there any way to select only the photos with blue sky ? I want to delete all fog, all with big clouds and so on.. Can i select only the ones that has blue in the sky ?

Yes, of course, that's what the long term filters are for. You can filter by hue (color), contrast and luminosity.
To filter for images with a blue sky, draw a reference area over a sky area, activate the long term filters and use the sliders to filter for the blue reference parts only. I've explained how to do it in the long term tutorial, see: https://lrtimelapse.com/tutorial/advanced
