Hi there, I will be traveling for a while, but do not want to take a PC with me. Does anybody have a suggestion for a mobile HD with card reader USB powered? Thanks for your answers. Eberhard

I wouldn't recommend that. Those devices are not really reliable.
I'd either take 2 large memory cards and configure one as backup in the camera if you don't want to bring a laptop at all, but personally, I'd always take a small laptop to be able to check the photos when traveling.
