Highlights, shadows, clarity etc. are non linear tools that Lightroom applies differently on images with different content/brightness. Especially on hyperlapses this might lead to undesired effects.
Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this, it's just how Lightroom works.
So just don't exaggerate those edits.
