Full Version: Which Slider KIT to buy ?

Hello everyone, I am new here, but I was reading some threads for the past few months that I am doing time lapse.
I would like to buy a Dolly Slider Kit for Video/Time lapse because I am doing both.
Unfortunately In Belgrade, Serbia, time lapse photography is not popular that much so I don't have a chance to see sliders and try it...

So my question is, which Slider is best (price/quality, or among best) for reasonable money. I saw that Kessler Cineslider, Dynamic Perception Stage Zero are the most popular, but I think Kessler is a bit pricier than I can afford now, and stage zero doesn't have this handle for manual movement. Did anyone tried this Italian Slider Shootools ?

Thanks!

P.S you can see what I did so far for timelapse on this link

No one ? Sad
Is anybody using Shootools, Kit Camera Slider One ?
Check the video of CAMTREE Flow Wheel Dolly for Camera...Looks sturdy... Can be mounted over the tripod.....Very easy to setup and easy to use....

After much searching on sliders decided to take a bit of each and design my own,,
have put as much info on the photographs and where to get motor parts,,if you do
the math on the .5 RPM motor and 1/4" bobbin and 35" travel you'll find seconds
of shooting time,,mind you you'll have to be a DIYer,,look at all the photos for an idea
of how it's made,,and maybe add a bit of your own design,,works very well,,

search on the Flow-Mow panner that works well with a DSLR,,
