What exactly is this question headed to? I don't quite understand it I think.

When exporting? I am using 25fps because I am used to PAL and my end-medium is nearly always the internet.
That also leads to the conclusion that when i shoot 100 frames, I have 4 sec worth of footage.

When shooting? This is depending on the circumstances, and the shutterspeed required.

I was just curious what people used most, yes when exporting.
So far I also used 25fps so will continue with that, thanks for your detailed answer.
