I've already checked threads for this and have not found a solution. Nikon D-7100 connected to TP-Link TL-MR3040, on which I installed the V2 factory 0.12 ddserver open wrt firmware. Galaxy Tab 10.1 running the latest ddslrdashboard from google play. Tablet can see and connect to the MR3040 router but ddslrdashboard does nothing past askingbfor the router ip address when I've pushed the wrt button
If you press the 'Connect to OpenWrt/Linux' button it will search for ddserver on network and if find one it will display the connected DSLR to it. Then you need to press the name of the DSLR that you want to connect.

If you long press the 'Connect to OpenWrt/Linux' button it will display an IP dialog where you can enter the IP address of the ddserver (for MR3040 it is 192.168.1.1 by default) and then it will connect to the first DSLR that is connected to MR3040 (if there is one)
It still will not work, I can see the 3040 in my wifi list and can connect to it but, when I push the Connect to button nothing happens on my tablet, although I do see the 3040's WLAN indicator flickering. Can I reflash the routers firmware and if so do I now use factory or sysupgrade?
Do you use the latest version of DslrDashboard? The latest version will only work with 0.12 and prior DslrDashboard version will not work with V0.12.

If you already have OpenWrt then you use the sysupgrade image.

You can find the MR3040 latest firmware here: http://dslrdashboard.info/?page_id=48

Info how to update: http://dslrdashboard.info/?page_id=108

If you have the V0.12 the your MR3040 access point name should be DDSERVERAP
Is the one on google play the latest? If so then yes I have the latest.
Yes, it is

Router Name OpenWrt
Router Model TP-Link TL-MR3040 v2
Firmware Version OpenWrt Attitude Adjustment 12.09.1 / LuCI 0.11 Branch (0.11+svn9951)
Kernel Version 3.3.8
Local Time Thu Sep 8 15:48:00 2011
Uptime 0h 4m 9s
Load Average 0.01, 0.05, 0.03

Ich habe keine Vorstellung woran es liegen könnte.
Gibt es Hilfe??? Danke im voraus, Peter

You can also try and long press the 'Network' button in qDslrDashboard or the 'Connect to OpenWrt/Linux' button in DslrDashboard and enter the ddserver IP address (192.168.1.1 by default)
Can I change the 3040's ip address? Could the problem be my wireless internet router is ip address 192.168.1.1?
You can in OpenWrt web interface.
Network tab->Interfaces->Lan and the 'Edit' button.

If you only use your Android device to connect to the MR3040 and the MR3040 is not connected with network cable to your home router then there is no need to change the IP address (that will solve nothing).
You should first test if you can connect the Android device wireless to the MR3040 wirless. If this works then check on your Android device browser if you can open the 'http://192.168.1.1' page (OpenWRT web administration)
If that is working then DD or qDD will also work.

If you flashed V0.12 then on your Android device you will see DDServerAP as a wireless network.
