Full Version: 60fps slowmotion workflow?

What is the workflow to get smooth slow motion when rendering a video in LRT? The highest framerate I can set is 30fps, but even at 1/2 speed that is jittery. Is there a way to use 60 or more frames per second, so the slow motion is smooth?

Are we talking about Slow Motion or Timelapse?
If you play back with higher speed (60fps instead of 30) you'll get an acceleration.
If you want slower movements, you have to use shorter intervals when shooting. You cannot slow down a timelapse afterwards without getting jitter.

I was under the impression that if you record/render at 60fps and then stretch ("slow down") the clip, you get smooth slow motion?

This would translate to LRT --> file --> render video --> frame rate 60fps and speed 1/2
