I really would appreciate an answer
My gear is Canon Eos 5D mark 2
Tablet Samsung Tab. 2
All up do date (Firmwire)
Got the MR3040 ver 2 and upgraded with factory ver2 and then sys upgrade vers2.
Got all 3 green lights when i connect my canon to MR3040 and logged in to MR3040 thrue my Tablet.
But nothing happens in the DSLR dashbord ? It doesn't seems to find anything...
So what could be the problem?

Did you check, if USB OTG is working on the Tab?

Are you tapping the Networked Camera's button? Its the one with the 4 boxes and 3 lines. Tap that and give it a few seconds to get connected. I have run into this a few times and I found that closing out and restarting Dashboard fixed it. If it still isnt working then someone with more knowledge about your tablet will have to lend a hand.
