is it possible to connect the Canon 6D to my Samsung Tablet without having Internetconnection? Or do i get the Tplink Device?

Yes you can have DslrDashboard running on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 8.0 and a Canon 6D. You just need a OTG cable.
