When using the basic workflow to adjust exposure in a sequence, everytime i reload the corrected keyframes into LRT and use the auto-transition, it changes the exposure of the keyframes I just changed, and it always says deflicker applied even though I'm in the basic workflow, and if I uncheck the deflicker applied, the exposure values go back to what I changed them to, and then if I click save it does the same thing.

Please try the whole workflow again, don't forget to initialize the sequence and load all metadata into Lightroom (Grid view!). See this article:

Make sure to use only 1* keyframes.
