Full Version: Installation problem with LRT4

Hello
Just received an email advising the update to LRT 4. Below is what I did to facilitate the install. (Probably did something wrong!)
-Deactivated my LRT3 licence
-Uninstalled LRT3
-Installed LRT4
LRT4 will not launch when I double click - nothing happens??

p.s. I have successfully reinstalled LRT3.4.1

I am having the same problem - I posted about it, but will follow this thread as well...

Please check that you have the right Java (64bit) installed on windows, best uninstall other java instances before - please see: http://lrtimelapse.com/install

Thanks for the support: very good.
All running now. Here is what what I did.
1. Uninstalled Java 32bit
2. Installed 64bit Java (Offline version)
3. De-activated my LRT 3
4. Uninstalled LRT3
5. Installed LRT 4
6. Re-installed my licence. ( I had purchased my version only last month.)
All worked and I have LRtimelapse running, just need to get up to speed with the workflow.
