I have mesages saying conflict in metadata on keyframes.I'm in LR at render. I don't know what to do now. Is it possible to scrap that and start afresh? Maybe that is the simplest solution. How to start again.? There is an option given ......Should LR import settings from disc or overwrite disc sttings with those from the catalog. thnks

That's pretty normal. Lightroom marks a conflict, as soon, as metadata gets changed from outside - and that's what LRT does. So ignore the warning in Lightroom, just select all images, "read metadata from files" then the warning will be gone!
