The wizard is catching 4 exposure jumps in the sequence and missing 6 big jumps. As such I cannot get the flickers out of the video. Need help!

Difficult to help without some more information.
Does the keyframes wizard detect those jumps (mark them with orange triangles?
What is the exif data (Aperture/Shutter/ISO) looking where the "jumps" are not detected?
Please add a screenshot of the table that shows one of those jumps.
Deflicker is another topip - first try sorting out the first one. It might help, if you upload a private version of that video somewhere, so that we could have a look.

The wizard did not mark the majority of the jumps with the orange markers. It got 4 and missed about 6. I will post a screenshot when I get home. The jumps are all 1/3rd stop.

Cannot post screenshot because I erased all the files last night in trying to delete and start over. I will be doing a new lapse tonight so I'll just try again, hope for a better result.
