There was a loss of memory on computer half way thru export of photos from LR. Consequently the film was not finished. I assume I can go back and start from scratch in LRTL.??

normally you don't have to start from scratch again.
Look which pictures have been exported and start only to export the missing ones. In the export dialogue set the count of the picture to the first one that was not exported in the first time. When exporting is over and all pictures from first and second export are in the same folder you can render the video.
