Hi, on a shoot i obviously forget to set the interval to 5 seconds.  If you see the screenshot, it goes like a pattern with 3-4-3-4-3-4-3-4 and then 7 seconds interval, and all over again. So i think i left the interval on 3 seconds. Is there something i can do about this, to avoid the jerkiness in the video?

If you use 3 seconds interval, of course you shouldn't use 3 seconds exposure time. This won't work. Set the exposure always at least 1 second shorter then the interval to allow the camera to save the image to the card.

Yes I know, I just forgot to do that. I just wondered if i could do something in post to even that out. But the result went out surprisingly well even with that crazy intervals  

Yes, depending on the subject it might even go unnoticed.
