the first frame and the very next one show very different brightness, but they are exposed the same and Lightroom shows they the same brightness.

I have updated to the latest DNG converter and LRTimelapse has of a few days ago.

The photo is taken with a Canon 5Ds R camera.

Hi, try rebuilding the previews for the sequence (Shift-F5) - maybe something went wrong with them.
