Just curious if there will be plans to expand cores/thread usage past 16 cores?
I only ask because I run a dual xeon hex core setup and noticed it when browsing the settings. Also, will there be a future expansion to utilize GPU acceleration?
In my opinion more then 16 threads wouldn't further improve the performance of the visual preview generation. A GPU utilization would not be helpful too for what LRTimelapse does... The bottlenecks in the LRTimelapse workflow anyway is Lightroom, so unless Adobe does not improve performance, there is not so much I can do...
BTW: I've improved Playback performance in 4.7!
