I have applied visual deflicker for many times.
The visual lum (purple) still goes up to down in saw-tooth, despite the green line (supposedly the deflicker line) is smooth.
Overall, the footage is still flickering a lot after deflicker, seems like there is no deflickering applied.
What's the problem?

Do you have installed the latest DNG Converter? Please upgrade if not!
Apart from that it's hard to say - without knowing the sequence and how you edited it.
Important things are: set a reasonable reference area for the deflicker and don't edit too much - especially take care with the non-linear tools in Lightroom, see: http://lrtimelapse.com/news/use-the-new-...me-lapses/
