Hi,
I've got a sequence disrupted by car lights in a valley below my shooting location I plan to remove the car lights in AE but the without the lights with flicker is very noticeable.
I've had this problem a couple of times and not been able to remove the flicker. Previously, upon investigating I've got it down to a mix of the capturing in camera coupled with Lightroom's highlight and shadow controls. I see this as a flaw to mixing LRT and Lightroom as each file in Lightroom is treated individually. So for instance when you set a highlight control to -50 with an image with a blown out hightlight of a car light then another without one it's effect on the image will change no matter what effect you apply on deflicker.
Is this a known issue, are there any work arounds?
I've attached some images and a video to explain the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
