Full Version: LRT compression settings + looping

What are LRT's H.264 settings for Medium / High / Very High presets? Specifically:

1. Bitrate encoding (CBR/VBR, #pass)
2. Target/Max Bitrate
3. Codec Keyframes (if any)
4. Render At Max Depth or any other settings

Just curious what the closest settings would be rendering from After Effects using Adobe Media Encoder after, e.g., warp stabilizing. (In some cases I prefer to choose not to export to another JPEG sequence for LRT encoder.)

Also, what adjustment to settings would people recommend to get the best performance when *looping* playback from local HD, using the built-in "loop" option in a standard app like Quicktime Player? Usually (but not always) there is a slight hiccup when the file loops, perhaps just from hard drive access, or perhaps to due encoder playback processing, and I'm curious if there are tricks with encoder keyframes or something to improve this.

The intended playback is endless loop in an art gallery setting.

Thanks!
