This is my first post and also using the software LRTLapse.

I want to re-create the similar effect using a timelapse video, but currently is ugly :

What I need to do or settings I need to change?

That's something you should do as film next time - it doesn't make sense to make a time lapse and then slow it down. Time lapse usually is being used to make slow movements faster. Here you already have a fast movement.
If you really want to do time lapse with a drone, make sure to fly very slowly, and use very short intervals (1sec).

When editing your footage above, make sure to turn off "Motion blur plus" in LRT since in your case this will introduce artifacts, because the movement is too fast.
