Hi,

When working with long-term timelapses, I often have multiple folders, that are sorted in weeks, months or what seems relevant for the project.

I would very much want a feature, that could preload another folder and build previews and what not, while I'm working on another. In that way, I could go straight from one folder to another without any waiting time.

I don't know if it's possible at all, or if it would require too much horsepower, but it could definitely improve my workflow.

The initial creation of the previews and even the initialization of a folder is already possible in background. Just right click on any folder that you don't have currently loaded, then you can choose "Batch initialization" and/or "Create previews".
