It is nearly impossible for me to see the menu top navigation options with the screen colors.[attachment=1686]. I do not see how to change them.

You can't change them. I think you should calibrate your monitor. If you can't see those colors, it's definitely not suited for Image processing... :-)

My monitor is calibrated every week...

Then I find that strange, since everyone else can read those menu entries quite well.
Anyway - normally you don't need the menu at all when doing the workflow.
