Hi, I have been working on this sequence for quite some time now.
I have uploaded a small part of the time lapse that is not working whatever I do.

Maybe the cars at the bottom are causing flicker. I'd recommend setting a referece area to the sky (drag a rectangle into the sky) - then apply Deflicker/Refine once more to the sequence. This should fix it. If not, apply Refine once more.
