Hi, 

its possible "lock" spot removal in LRtimelapse for sequence of 240 photos? Because if I do a copy of spot removal from first photo to the rest of sequence, LR is always generating a new place for spot removal.

Did you try to let LRTimelapse do the job of populating the spot removal to the whole sequence? To do so, apply the spot removal to the first frame only in LR, then go thorugh the workflow. LRTimelapse should populate the spot removal to the whole sequence when doing "Auto Transition". Not sure if this will fix the source point, but it might be worth trying. Let us know!
