LRTimelapse Forum

Hi All,

Apologies in advance if these questions have already been asked. I have searched.

1. Is the LRTimelapse Pro-Timer compatible with the Canon Rebel T6i? Is it universally compatible?
   
2. Is the LRTimelapse Pro-Timer using the remote socket i.e. the (3 pole) 2.5 mm jack plug?
   
3. The LRTimelapse Pro-Timer itself does NOT perform any focus settings?

The LRTPTF should be compatible with any camera that provides an analog shutter release input. Normally you can buy cables for any camera that have a 2.5 jack plug on the one side (which goes into the LRTPTF) and a special camera plug on the other side.
LRTPTF in timelapse mode triggers focus very briefly only, to not cause any delay. But it needs to be triggered, because some cameras need that to release. AF should always be turned off on the camera.
