Hello! My problem is that lrtimelapse is not calculating transitions between my keyframes. All frames looks brighter +1 stop excluding keyframes

I'd suspect that you are doing something wrong while editing.
Common mistakes are:
- Not using the sync script, see: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-how-...ync-script
- Using unsupported tools or adding/removing gradients (you should only use the provided gradients), see: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-what...htroom-acr
Please read the linked articles and then redo the whole sequence, start with "Metadata/Initialize" in LRT to get a clean start.
