Mac installation: DMG file will not mount - pthomsen - 2018-02-16
Hi all! New user here, excited to get into timelapses! However...
I have downloaded the 5.0.2 DMG file, and when I try to mount it, I get an alert window, that says that "The following disk images couldn't be opened", and the reason given is "Image not recognized".
I have tried re-downloading, twice more, and each of these DMG files fail to mount.
Any ideas as to what I could be doing wrong? I'm on a mid-2012 MBP 15-inch, and i'm running High Sierra 10.13.3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've just tried the original download of 5.0.3 from https://lrtimelapse.com/download/ and it downloaded and opened perfectly. Seems to be something on your side (Virusscanner blocking, Provider filtering whatever).
Please try again with 5.0.3. If you send me an email to support at lrtimelapse dot com I can send you an alternative download link also.

Thanks for your reply. Turns out that my Download Manager (Folx) was somehow corrupting the dmg file.
I did a direct download, and the install went like butter.
