I don't understand why transitions seems to not be applied...
Auto transition nor working ?
I use the right workflow with script between each key frame...
What is the problem ?

It could be that you are using presets or develop tools, which are not supported. Another reason could be that you deleted or added linear gradient filters. Check out this faq: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-what-development-tools-can-i-safely-use-in-lightroom-acr

yes I use preset tools with a specific color profil for my camera and all lightroom settings to 0 as I used to do in LRT 4. Bad news...

You need to identify what exactly is removing the LRT intialization. It might help to just save the preset once more with all gradient tools etc. unticked - you should only tick the tools that you really need when creating the preset.
And BTW: Nothing changed between LRT4 and LRT5 regarding this.

Ok it works no ! Just import files in lightroom with no preset and the problem has gone. Thank you Gunther
