wont let me log in when when trying to upgrade my license - evh515093 - 2019-01-01
im trying to upgrade my license and it prompts me to log in... it says my info is wrong and it locked me out for 1 hour.... as you can see i am logged in to post a question. what could this be? why is it saying my info is wrong?

Login in the shop an in the forum are two different accounts.
To buy an upgrade you don't need to be logged in at all. Just buy the upgrade and my system will match that automatically in background with your former license.
