Process as one or two separate - Markjass - 2019-01-17

Using a Syrup Genie Mini I shot a 45 degree rotational time lapse. I then I immediately set up and used qdslr to run into a day to night time lapse. This was not rotational and started from the point that the panorama finished. I did not change the lens or my camera's settings as the lighting did not change. I have two choices. Do I treat the two sequences as separate time lapses and somehow join them in post or do it as one sequence? What I want to avoid is a massive flicker between the two clips. What is your advice?

You can try editing them as one sequence, this will certainly make it easier to match the junction.
