Hi Hans! Hi Richard! I have just found this thread, and it's of my interest! I'm now building a short slider with a screw instead of a belt. The screw lead is 2mm, but i'm installing a 1mm lead one instead. I'll study carefully all the sugestions read here!
And hopefully I'll be showing my progress soon.
