You are sure you turned off the vibration reduction on camera and lens?

Definitely yes. From EXIF Data => Image Stabilization: Off
Since I first saw that, I pay special attention to it. It is reproducible.
The lens collar seems to be the best solution…

Do you have time lapse with this focal length?

If you work with adapter you cannot trust the exif data to reflect the state of the VR in the lens. Always take care to flip the little switch on the lens to off.

I can trust the EF - EFM adapter. He has no electronics inside. The contacts are just looped through. This is not a converter as with Sony.
I checked that now again. The values in the EXIF data are correct.

Still, if the VR on the lens is on, it will cause shake.
