Hi guys, in the latest day I thought to buy a motion control system. My first choice at the momenti is a black forest slider.
To travel could be better have a shorts bars to add to each other only when I need.
My question is, it is possible cut carbon barr and built with a 3D printer connectors?
What is the section of the carbon bar?

The short BFM Slider is 60 cm afaik. This fits into my suitcase. I'd not recommend shortening this any more, because certainly you need some distance to travel. Shouldn't be a problem to transport the 60cm one. And I think they are working on a connecting solution for two or more more of those 60cm pieces or already have a solution for that. Just write them an email.
