Not really, the motion controller needs a mode in which he listens to external triggers. Otherwise you would need to trigger motion controlled shots with the internal intervall setting of the motion controller and use the LRT PRO Timer for "regular" shots without motion.

qDDB is totally independent from the camera triggering. It will just listen for new images from the camera.
