Normally it should be much faster. Are you using the internal Export And Render feature? In beta 10 there might be timeouts which will delay the export (you would see errors in the log) this will be fixed in the next Beta. In you log I don't see any errors however. Try the Lightroom export via the LRTExport plugin. In General the Lightroom Export will be a bit faster than the internal Export in LRT. You can use your LRT license on up to two computers.
