Good afternoon, when the video is generated, for example, high quality prores hq, is it the same as it is generated from the jpg sequence, or is it of better quality if the TIFF sequence is generated before?

Much better quality but only of use, IMHO, if you’re producing content for a medium that demands that level of quality. For instance, if I were commissioned to produce a timelapse video in HDR for a television manufacturer wanting an in-store demo video that showcases their product's capability, I'd be working with a TIFF sequence. Bear in mind, though, that the TIFF sequence will consume a large chunk of your storage. Be prepared for that.
