error when generating current visual preview - alvarofauvr - 2022-09-29
hey guys, I tried searching for this but didn't find this exact problem. Sorry if it's already posted somewhere in here.
Sometimes when I load sequence I get this error just after saving the keyframe. In the field of "visual lum" of the keyframe (first file of the list) i get this "ERR" feedback and there's no way to move on, it will get stuck when trying to generate visual previews and finally most times all the files will get that same "ERR" in the "visual lum" field.
Here's a screenshot of that exact field the error appears.
Sometimes after restarting the process it will stop happening but there's some sequences it always happens with.
