Hi, I am looking for a pan and tilt head (or just tilt head), which I can control by usb, by python code.

Maybe reach out to the guys at blackforestmotion.com - I don't know exactly, if their pine controller offers such interfaces, but it might be. It's one of the most advanced, flexible and open controllers out there and controls slider, pt-heads etc.
