LRTimelapase 6.4 beta 16 - Gunther - 2023-04-04
Beta 16 fixes some issues. I hope this will be the last beta before the next major release.

- Fix: Angle overflow when animating Circular masks
- Fix: Made the capitalization in the English menus more consistent.
- Fix: Chinese language corrections.
- Fix: Some Dialogs would show no title.
- Fix: Some corrections in the Japanese language.
- Fix: Wrong font in Render Dialog, could fail to display some labels correctly on some systems.
- Fix: Move Directory dialog not scaling correctly.
